30 days net for established customers.

Warranty.

All our products are covered by the warranty for the period of 12 months with analysis of the failure and free-of-charge replacement (terms and conditions apply). Failure Root Cause analysis is carried out free-of-charge after the expiry of 12 months warranty period.

Courier services.

Goods are delivered from Ireland by United Parcel Services. On request we can deliver by any other designated courier services represented in the Republic of Ireland.

Customs Duty.

Superlum products are classified for zero customs duty within EU (BTI reference number will be provided in shipping documents).

VAT and other taxes.

All prices are VAT exclusive. All taxes are payable in the State of final destination in accordance with the regulations of the State.
